To be eligible for a refund, you must request it within 3 days of the purchase date.

Non-Refundable Circumstances: Refunds will not be provided for digital products after the 3 days period has elapsed.

Once a PDF download has been accessed or downloaded, it is non-refundable.

To be eligible for a refund, you must request it at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.

Non-Refundable Circumstances: Refunds will not be provided for consulting services if the cancellation is made within 24 hours of the scheduled session.

No-shows or late arrivals to scheduled sessions are non-refundable.
